Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay in Heidelberg, I discovered a remarkable hotel that seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with traditional charm. Located in the up-and-coming Bahnstadt living suburb, this establishment is a great base for exploring the city, albeit a short tram or taxi ride away from the bustling old town. Upon entering my room, I was pleased to find it spacious and immaculate, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of wandering. The thoughtful design ensured a cool atmosphere, perfect for the summer heat. One highlight was the quality of the breakfast; it was ample and varied, a real advantage in a neighborhood with limited nearby cafés. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop sitting area, where I spent time relaxing and soaking up views with family who joined me. The staff were accommodating, from the friendly waitstaff to the helpful reception team. Having private parking available onsite was a huge convenience for travelers. All in all, this place provides a satisfying mix of comfort and style, making it a solid choice for those looking to explore Heidelberg.
